To the Residents of Canal Flats,

I wish to inform you of the resignation of Councillor Anora Kobza from our municipal council.

Councillor Kobza has made meaningful contributions to our community, particularly in advancing our housing priority. Her efforts has helped to create positive changes and improvements for our community.

Thank you, Anora for your service to the Village.

A by-election will be held September 14th to fill the two open vacancies in Council. Watch for notices in the Canal Flats Newsletter , the Village Facebook page and canalflats.ca for news and information on the election.
