To the Residents of Canal Flats,

I wish to inform you of the resignation of Councillor Jennifer Noble from our municipal council.

Councillor Noble has made meaningful contributions to our community, particularly in advancing our housing priority and advocating for highway speed reduction. Her efforts in these areas have helped to create positive changes and improvements for our community.

We thank Jennifer for her service to our municipality. While we will miss her presence on the council, we respect her decision to step down and wish her well in her future endeavors.

We will continue to build on the projects and priorities outlined in the 5-year strategic plan, working towards a better and safer community. A by-election will be scheduled in the fall in accordance with Provincial by-election requirements.
