During the February 13 regular council meeting, council discussed updating the scheduled times for regular council meetings and committee of the whole meetings.  

Currently, meetings are held every two weeks on Mondays, starting with the committee of the whole from 9 a.m. and finishing with the regular council meeting which runs from 6:30 p.m. until the completion of the agenda.  

To make meetings more accessible to residents who may wish to attend and engage, council is considering starting committee of the whole meetings later and running regular council meetings immediately after.  

Council would love to hear from residents about what time in the afternoons and evenings is most desirable to them, please contact a member of council if you have a preference they can consider.
